All Sapphire Builds Come With A Five-Year Cross Country Warranty

We build a premium product, so we derived an industry-leading simple warranty that is administered in all 50 states. Our industry is notorious for job shops popping up and closing 6 months later, leaving customers hanging with non-functional builds. Basically, if you have a website, you are now qualified to build dangerous mobile specialty vehicles with little to no warranty that requires you to bring the build back to the builder for warranty work. Sapphire manufacturers the highest quality mobile build-outs in the country, so we matched that with our 5-year warranty. Our craftsmanship warranty covers any manufacturer craftsman defects.

Most of our clients are high-functioning businesses that cannot afford downtime; therefore, Sapphire utilizes the best products, materials, and commercial construction practices to allow for other national vendors to easily maintain and repair our builds if they were to have technical issues. For example, if you have an outlet that is not working, one of your staff will call a Sapphire operations team member to work directly with you to approve a locally certified electrician to make the repair. Within 24 hours, Sapphire will reimburse you directly or Sapphire will write the check. For any major defects, Sapphire will pay to bring the build back to Kansas City to be remedied directly by our team in a timely manner.

The Sapphire warranty is only valid through the original purchaser; however, if the new owner brings the build back to our facility and Sapphire inspects the unit for excessive wear and everything checks out, we will reissue the remaining portion of the warranty.

  • Electrical - Designed around National Electrical Code “NEC”

  • Plumbing - National Standard Plumbing Code “NSPC”

  • OEM Equipment - All equipment is fabricated, mounted to manufacturers’ build specifications
