Whether it’s a TRUCK, TRAILER, POD or CONTAINER, we can build on any platform! Sapphire owns a commercial truck dealership which makes it easy for us to secure your desired choice. A popular option is our HAND-BUILT aluminum or steel Trailers which are an extremely higher quality than factory built trailers. Connect with us and tell us about your project! PLATFORM SELECTION

The design phase begins with a comprehensive initial design call, wherein we discuss the various platform options, your aspirations, essential technical specifications, and sources of inspiration. Our team will consolidate these insights, and within a span of 2-4 weeks, present the initial design concept. Engaging in an iterative process of revisions, we assure the final design aligns seamlessly with your desired outcome. You will receive photorealistic image & video renderings to help visualize your project. This phase does require a $2,500 design retainer to receive designs. We promise it’s the best money you will spend for your project.

3-D DESIGN

After we have an idea of the platform and the design, we put together a 10-12 page scope of work which includes all project specifics. It will include the platform, technical specifications, requested equipment, bill of materials all the way down to paint and graphics which are applied at the end of the manufacturing process. Attacking each project in this order allows us to give you a really accurate price. We’ve talked through the platform options and decided on one, we’ve finalized the design which includes interior and exterior renderings to confirm you are happy with your layout and its efficiency, next is price!

SCOPE OF WORK

The number one question we are asked is “How Much Will My Project Cost?”. We are happy to give proximity estimates, however, until we take you through the first three steps, it’s difficult to give you an accurate price. Now that we’ve ironed out all the details: your chosen platform, final design, scope of work, you get a very accurate pricing proposal! During our first communication, we often ask for an approximate budget, we do our best to design your project within your budget so the project can move forward.

PRICING PROPOSAL

Now that you’ve received most of the needed information to make an informed business decision about your project, we will discuss your build delivery timeline. Timeline can vary based on build complexity, anywhere from 8 weeks - 4 months from build start to finish. We do have a production capacity backlog and it changes at any one time due to new project bookings. Connect with us for a better idea of what our current timeline looks like!
