The KC Current approached Sapphire Specialty seeking a mobile merchandising vehicle that could take their branded products directly to fans at games and across the city. We started with a brand new Ford F59 step van, transforming it from a basic white vehicle into a fully functional and visually compelling mobile retail unit.
Our objective was to create a vehicle that not only served its functional purpose but also embodied the vibrant identity of the KC Current, delivering an engaging retail experience on wheels.
Customization Details
To achieve the KC Current’s goals, our manufacturing team executed a range of customizations:
Interior Customizations:
High-Quality Build-Out: Our team designed and built the interior with durable, premium materials, including custom shelving and merchandise windows for optimal display.

Exterior Customizations:

Rear Cutout with Video Displays: The rear was customized with an additional awning and two TVs to showcase dynamic video content, enhancing fan engagement.
