Disaster Relief Vehicle

specialty vehicles for disaster relief & other government purposes at sapphire!

Catastrophes can strike at any time, adversely affecting a multitude of people in a number of ways. That’s why Sapphire is committed to building superior catastrophe response vehicles to readily serve communities on various platforms to suit the needs of departments all around the globe.

Transit & Sprinter Vans

A Transit or Sprinter provides an agile platform to navigate devastated areas. When these vehicles arrive on scene, they are able to assist customers with essential services such as assessing damage, filing claims, and issuing checks to those affected. These platforms also provide space to carry supplies such as bottled water and vital equipment. Utilizing a smaller platform also provides flexibility in who can drive the vehicle, as these do not require a CDL to operate.

2. Freightliner Box Trucks or M2 Cab & Chassis'

For those in need of a larger platform, an M2 or Box Truck provides versatility in the size and variety of features they can include. Flat-floor slide-outs maximize the interior space for workstations complete with monitors and custom-fabrication. A first aid center provides basic aid to those affected by the disaster. Weatherproof exterior workstations with LED monitors and charging stations can be added to the body, providing staff a place to work outside the vehicle along with so many other customizations.

3. Hand-Built Trailers

For government and disaster relief organizations requiring mobile, adaptable solutions, our custom hand-built trailers, spanning 18' to 60', are designed for resilience and flexibility. These trailers can be customized to support a range of outreach and relief efforts, incorporating spacious interiors with flat-floor slide-outs for command centers, and tailored workstations equipped with the latest communication technologies. They can host mobile medical units with first aid stations for immediate emergency response, and include durable external workstations with weather-resistant features, such as LED monitors and comprehensive charging stations for field operations.

Our trailers serve as vital assets during crisis management, offering a mobile base of operations that can be deployed to affected areas swiftly, ensuring that resources and support are available where and when they're needed most. With every detail tailored to the unique demands of government outreach and disaster relief, these trailers are more than transportation—they're a critical extension of the mission to serve and protect communities in times of need.
