Creating an Trailer that fosters incredible efficiency and durability is the culmination of Sapphire-integrated strategies, diverse spaces, and cohesive design. The Blue Devils partnered with Sapphire Specialty to both design and build this 53’ Semi-Trailer Production Kitchen with the ability to mass produce meals for the members of their team while on the road.

it all starts with design

HOW WE BUILT IT


1.

CONSULT

We collaborated with the Blue Devils Team to learn about their goals, vision and budget for the project.

2.

DESIGN

We spent 4-6 weeks working through the revisions to the design. Our design package includes photorealistic 3-D images and video.

3.

CONSTRUCT

We hand-build all trailers frames & bodies. The client was provided weekly updates & photos to track the progress.

4.

DELIVERY

Blue Devils came onsite for the Trailer reveal and training. Sapphire accommodates other shipping methods (driveaway, flatbed delivery & pickup).
